Section 1
(1) This Order is called the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Wales) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 9th July 2002.
(2) This Order applies to Wales only.

Section 2
The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order are designated as bodies that appear to the National Assembly for Wales to be recognised bodies.
Section 3
The Education (Recognised Bodies) Order 1999 is revoked in relation to Wales.
