The Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/3054 (W.))
Under Part II of Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 billing authorities in Wales are required to pay amounts (called non-domestic rating contributions) to the National Assembly for Wales. Rules for the calculation of those amounts are contained in the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992.

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 31st December 2002.
(2) In these Regulations “the 1992 Regulations ” means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 .
In relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2003, Schedules 2 and 4 to the 1992 Regulations are amended as follows:—
(a) in paragraph 2(12) of Schedule 2 for “0.995” there is substituted “0.999”; and
(b) for Schedule 4 to the 1992 Regulations there is substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
