(1) The name of this Order is the Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2002 and it comes into force on 10th April 2002.
(2) This Order applies to Wales only.

The Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/837 (W.))
This Order amends article 2 of the Disabled Facilities Grants and Home Repair Assistance (Maximum Amounts) Order 1996, which prescribes the maximum amount of mandatory disabled facilities grant that a local housing authority can be required to pay under Chapter I of Part I of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
