Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) This Order is called the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Wales) Order 2003 and comes into force on 31st December 2003.

(2) This Order applies to Wales only.

Section 2Recognised Bodies

The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order are designated as bodies that appear to the National Assembly for Wales to be recognised bodies.

Section 3Revocation

The Education (Recognised Bodies) (Wales) Order 2002 is revoked.
