(1) This Order is called the Police Reform Act 2002 (Commencement) (Wales) Order 2003.
(2) In this Order, βthe 2002 Act β means the Police Reform Act 2002.

This Order brings into force the provisions of sections 97 and 98 of the Police Reform Act 2002 (βthe 2002 Actβ) in so far as they relate to Wales on 1st April 2003.
