Section 1Name, interpretation and application

(1) This Order is called the Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) (Wales) Order 2005.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Children Act 2004.
(3) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Appointed Day

30 December 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 57 of the Act (Fees payable to adoption review panel members).
