Section 1 Name, commencement and application

(1) The name of this order is the Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2005 and it comes into force on 1 April 2005.

(2) This order applies only in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Performance Indicators

The performance indicators specified for county and county borough councils, including, where appropriate, performance indicators in relation to the exercise by them of functions as waste disposal authorities, are, in relation to the functions identified in the table below, the performance indicators set out in that table.

Best Value Authority Functions and Performance Indicators by which performance of those functions will be measured
