Section 1 Name, coming into force and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (National Framework) (Wales) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 17 March 2005.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 The National Framework

For the purposes of section 21(6) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, the Fire and Rescue National Framework prepared by the National Assembly for Wales and entitled “The Fire and Rescue National Framework (Wales) 2005” published by the National Assembly for Wales in March 2005 shall have effect.
