Section 1Title and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No.4) (Wales) Order 2007.

(2) This order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 30 November 2007

Section 153 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 comes into force on 30 November 2007 to the extent it is not already in force.
