Section 1 Title and application

(1) This Order is called the Housing Act 2004 (Commencement No 5) (Wales) Order 2007.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 13 December 2007

The following provisions of the Housing Act 2004 come into force on 13 December 2007:

(a) section 225 insofar as it is not already in force ;

(b) section 226;

(c) section 265(1) insofar as it relates to paragraph 47 of Schedule 15.
