Section 1Title and Commencement

The Title of this Order is the Pembrokeshire and Derwen National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust

The Pembrokeshire and Derwen National Health Service Trust established by the Pembrokeshire and Derwen National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1997 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
