Section 1Title and Commencement

The Title of this Order is the Swansea National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust

The Swansea National Health Service Trust established by the Swansea (1999) National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the Swansea National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1999 are hereby revoked.
