Section 1 Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Education (Wales) Measure 2009 (Commencement No.1) Order 2011.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

(3) In this Order—

“the 2009 Measure ” (“ Mesur 2009 ”) means the Education (Wales) Measure 2009.

Section 2 Appointed day

Section 20 (powers on repeal and re-enactment of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) of the 2009 Measure is to come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
