(1) The title of this Order is the NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2008 (Commencement) Order 2011.
(2) In this Order βthe Measureβ means the NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2008.

This Order, made by the Welsh Ministers, commences sections 1 to 13 inclusive of the NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2008 (βthe Measureβ) with effect from 7 February 2011.
