(1) The title of this Order is the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011 and it applies in relation to Wales.
(2) In this Orderβ
βthe Measureβ (β y Mesur β) means the Housing (Wales) Measure 2011;
βthe first commencement dateβ (β y dyddiad cychwyn cyntaf β) is 18 October 2011; and
βthe second commencement dateβ β (β yr ail ddyddiad cychwyn β) is 2 December 2011.
