(1) The title of this order is the Welsh Forms of Oaths and Affirmations (Government of Wales Act 2006) (Amendment) Order 2011.
(2) In this order βthe orderβ (β y gorchymyn β) means the Welsh Forms of Oaths and Affirmations (Government of Wales Act 2006) Order 2007 .
(3) This order comes into force on 30 March 2011.

This order amends the Welsh Forms of Oaths and Affirmations (Government of Wales Act 2006) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/2044 (W.169)), which prescribes Welsh forms of the oaths and affirmations which members of the National Assembly for Wales and certain members of the Welsh Assembly Government are required to take under the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32) (βthe 2006 Actβ).
