This is the first commencement Order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Education (Wales) Measure 2011 (βthe 2011 Measureβ). The Order brings sections 1 to 9 of the 2011 Measure into force on 16 November 2012. Sections 1 to 9 of the 2011 Measure make provision about collaboration by education bodies in Wales.
