Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Flintshire) Designation (No. 2) Order 2013.

(2) This Order comes into force on 1 October 2013 and applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

The Welsh Ministers designate the area described in the Schedule as—

(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and

(b) a special enforcement area.

Section 3 Revocation

The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Flintshire) Designation Order 2013 is hereby revoked.
