(1) The title of this Order is the Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales (Abolition) Order 2014 and it comes into force on 15 April 2014.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

The Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales (Abolition) Order 2014 (S.I. 2014/595 (W.))
This Order abolishes the Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales, established under article 3 of the Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales (Establishment) Order 2009 by virtue of sections 8 and 9 of the Transport (Wales) Act 2006.

In this Order—
“the 2009 Order ” (“ Gorchymyn 2009 ”) means the Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales (Establishment) Order 2009
(1) The Public Transport Users’ Committee for Wales established under article 3 of the 2009 Order is abolished; and
(2) the 2009 Order is hereby revoked.
