(1) The title of this Order is the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order βMeasureβ means the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.

The Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/985 (W.))
This Order is made under section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (βthe Measureβ). Article 2 of this Order brings section 108 of the Measure into force which requires the Welsh Language Commissioner to have an enforcement policy document.
