(1) The title of this Order is the Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2016 and it comes into force on 18 March 2016.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

The Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/395 (W.))
This Order lists the name of every body which is not a recognised body within section 216(4) of the Education Reform Act 1988 but which appears to the Welsh Ministers to eitherβprovide a course which is in preparation for a degree to be granted by such a recognised body and is approved by or on behalf of that recognised body; orbe a constituent college, school, hall or other institution of a university which is a recognised body.

The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies that appear to the Welsh Ministers to fall for the time being within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.
The Education (Listed Bodies) (Wales) Order 2012 is revoked.
