Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Education (Recognised Bodies) (Wales) Order 2016 and it comes into force on 18 March 2016.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Recognised bodies

The bodies that are specified in the Schedule to this Order are designated as bodies that appear to the Welsh Ministers to be recognised bodies.

Section 3Revocation

The Education (Recognised Bodies) (Wales) Order 2012 is revoked.
