The Social Services Code (Role of the Director of Social Services) (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/414 (W.))
This Order appoints 6 April 2016 as the day on which the code of practice on the role of the director of social services comes into force. This code was issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 145(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (βthe 2014 Actβ) on 16 March 2016.
