Section 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2016 and it comes into force on 5 April 2016.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” (“ y prif Orchymyn ”) means the Welsh Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 .

Section 2 Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order

Article 3 of the principal Order is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (2)(c), in the second place where it appears, omit “and”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(d), for “.” substitute “; and”; and

(c) after paragraph (2)(d) insert—

(e) to provide—

(i) information about health conditions and availability of health services; and

(ii) remote access health advisory, triage and referral services,

for the purposes of the health service in Wales.
