(2) This Order comes into force on 31 October 2016.

(1) Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Functions and Responsibilities) (Wales) Regulations 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 of Part B (licensing and registration functions (in so far as not covered by any other paragraph of this Schedule))β
(a) in column (1) of the Table after βPower to issue licences authorising the use of land as a caravan siteβ, insert βor mobile home siteβ; and
(b) in column (2) of the Table, after βSection 3(3) of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960 (c. 62) β insert βand section 7(1) of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013 (anaw 6) β.
(1) The Highways Noise Payments (Movable Homes) (Wales) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of βmovable homeββ
(a) omit paragraph (a);
(b) at the end of paragraph (b) for β:βsubstitute β, orβ; and
(c) after paragraph (b) insertβ
(c) a mobile home within the meaning of section 60 of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013;
(3) In regulation 7(1)(a) (eligible homes)β
(a) for βcaravanβ substitute βmobile homeβ; and
(b) for βsection 1(2) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968β substitute βsection 2(2) of the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013β.
In Part 5 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 , under Class B (permitted development) after βthe 1960 Actβ insert βand the Mobile Homes (Wales) Act 2013β.
