Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 September 2017.

(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment to the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) Regulations 2006

In regulation 8 of the Education (School Inspection) (Wales) Regulations 2006 , for paragraph (a) substitute—

(a) arrange for the meeting to take place no later than the end of the second working day following the start of the inspection;
