(1) The title of this Order is the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2017.
(2) In this Orderβ
β the Act β (β y Ddeddf β) means the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016;
βthe 2014 Act β (β Deddf 2014 β) means the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 .

This is the fourth Commencement Order made by the Welsh Ministers under the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (βthe Actβ). It commences section 56(1) of the Act, in so far as it inserts section 144A into the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (βthe 2014 Actβ), and section 56(2) of the Act (which amends section 196(6) of the 2014 Act). The commencement date is 4 September 2017.
