The Special Guardianship Code (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2018 (S.I. 2018/775 (W.))
This Order appoints 2 July 2018 as the day on which the code of practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to special guardianship orders comes into force. This code was issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 145(1) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (βthe 2014 Actβ) on 29 June 2018.
