art 9 Right of entry
(1) Any person duly authorised in writing by the Department may at any reasonable time enter any land for the purpose of surveying the land in connection with the preparation or adoption of a scheme under this Order. (2) Sections 236(5) and 237 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (giving notice, compensation for damage, etc. ) shall apply in relation to paragraph (1) as they apply in relation to section 236 of that Act
