The Financial Provisions (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 art 7

art 7 Abolition of Terminable Revenues Sinking Fund

(1) The Terminable Revenues Sinking Fund shall cease to exist and all its assets shall be transferred to the Consolidated Fund. (2) Section 27 of the Act of 1950 (which makes provision relating to the Terminable Revenues Sinking Fund) shall cease to have effect.
