Trusts (Scotland) Act 1921 s 34

s 34 Expenses of applications under this Act.

(1) The court shall determine all questions of expenses in relation to any application made under this Act, and may direct that any such expenses shall be paid out of the trust estate where the court considers this reasonable. (2) In this section the expression “ the court ” shall include any court to which an application may be made under this Act.
