s 19 Applicability of forms prescribed by Act.
The forms prescribed by this Act for the completion of the titles to and the conveyance, assignation, discharge or restriction of rights of property ... in land or heritable securities shall respectively be applicable to all other rights in or over land or in or over a heritable security the title to which may according to the present law and practice be competently completed by the recording of such title in the appropriate Register of Sasines.
