s 4A Completion of title: Land Register
(1) Any person having right either to land or to a heritable security may complete title by registration in the Land Register of a notice of title in or as nearly as may be in the terms of the form in schedule BA to this Act. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of schedule 1A to the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012.
