Settled Land Act 1925 s 14

s 14 Forfeiture and stamps.

(1) Any vesting effected under the powers conferred by this Act in relation to settled land shall not operate as a breach of a covenant or condition against alienation or give rise to a forfeiture. (2) Nothing in this Act shall operate to impose any stamp duty on a vesting or other assent.
