Church of Scotland (Property And Endowments) Act 1925 s 42

s 42 Application to Crown lands.

This Act shall be binding on the Crown and the provisions of this Act shall apply to lands vested in His Majesty in right of the Crown, and to lands vested in any Government Department for public purposes , and to the teinds of any lands so vested in His Majesty or in any Government Department.
