s 13 Transfers of life annuities.

(1) Life annuities shall be transferable in the books of the Commissioners in such form and subject to such regulations as the Commissioners may approve: Provided that every such annuity shall only be transferable entire and not in parts or shares. (3) On the transfer of an annuity the person to whom the transfer is made shall, if the Commissioners . . . so require, sign his acceptance thereof himself or by his duly authorised agent.
