Road Traffic Act 1930 s 109

s 109 Application to Scotland.

This Part of this Act shall apply to Scotland subject to the following modifications:— (a) The expression “ local authority ” shall mean a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 ; (b) Section one hundred and seven of this Act shall not apply.
