Agricultural Credits Act 1932 s 1

s 1 Application of Act.

The mortgages to which this Act applies are mortgages made, whether before or after the date of the commencement of this Act, for securing loans made on mortgage by the company formed for the purposes of Part I of the Agricultural Credits Act, 1928 (in this Act referred to as “ the principal Act ”), and the expression “mortgage” in this Act means a mortgage to which this Act applies, and the expression “ loan ” means a loan made as aforesaid: Provided that nothing in this Act shall operate so as to prejudice any order made by any court before the said date or any title to any property acquired before the said date by any purchaser in good faith for money or money’s worth.
