Sch SIXTH para 6

Where any section, or any subsection or paragraph of a section or Schedule, is by this Schedule or by section fifty-seven of this Act directed to be omitted, any subsequent sections or any subsequent subsections or paragraphs in the section or Schedule shall be renumbered to run consecutively, and references in this Act to any section, subsection or paragraph so renumbered shall be amended accordingly."
