Sch THIRD para 8

No registration as of a date before the appointed day of a cotton mark as defined in section sixty-four of the Trade Marks Act 1905, in respect of cotton piece goods or cotton yarn shall give any exclusive right to the use of any letter, numeral, line heading, or any combination thereof.
