s 5 Meaning of “physical injury”.

For the removal of doubt it is hereby declared that the expression “physical injury”, in the principal Act and in this Act, and in the Personal Injuries (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1939, includes tuberculosis and any other organic disease, and the aggravation thereof.
