(1) The members of the Tribunals shall be appointed— (a) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (b) in relation to Scotland, by the Lord President of the Court of Session; (c) in relation to Northern Ireland, by the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission . (2) There shall be paid to them such remuneration and allowances as the Treasury may determine. (2A) Subject to sub-paragraphs . . . (3B) and (4) below, a member of such a Tribunal shall hold and vacate his office in accordance with the terms of his appointment, but shall be eligible for reappointment.
