Education Act 1944 (repealed 1.11.1996) s 118

s 118 Application to Isles of Scilly.

The Minister shall by order provide for the application of this Act to the Isles of Scilly as if those isles were a separate non-metropolitan county , and any such order may provide for the application of this Act to those isles subject to such modifications as may be specified in the order.
