Statutory Instruments Act 1946 s 13

s 13 Short title and extent.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Statutory Instruments Act 1946. (2) This Act shall apply to any statutory instrument made by His Majesty in Council or by any Minister of the Crown (not being a rule-making authority within the meaning of the Rules Publication Act (Northern Ireland) 1925) in so far as it extends to Northern Ireland, but except as aforesaid this Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
