s 2 Short title, construction and citation.

(1) This Act may be cited as the National Service (Release of Conscientious Objectors) Act, 1946. (2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Act of 1939, and this Act and the National Service Acts, 1939 to 1942, may be cited as the National Service Acts, 1939 to 1946.
