s 2 General powers of Minister.

(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (2) Subsections (1) and (2) of section two of the Supply Powers Act 1975 and Articles 5 and 6 of the Ministry of Supply (Transfer of Powers) ( No. 1) Order, 1939, shall apply in relation to any functions of the Minister under this Act or any property vested in or under the control of the Minister by virtue of this Act.
