Sch ELEVENTH para 3 Power to award compensation by way of a lump sum.

Compensation shall be awarded by way of an annual sum unless the local authority and the claimant otherwise agree, in which case the compensation may be awarded by way of a lump sum representing the capital value of an annual sum.
