Sch NINTH para 19

(1) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (2) A person shall be disqualified for being appointed or being a member of, or assessor to, the Agricultural Land Tribunal so long as he is a member of any other body mentioned in the last foregoing sub-paragraph.
