Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957 s 8

s 8 Short title, etc.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Occupiers’ Liability Act 1957. (2) This Act shall not extend to Scotland, nor to Northern Ireland except in so far as it extends the powers of the Parliament of Northern Ireland. (3) This Act shall come into force on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight.
