Sch FOURTH para 5

So soon as may be after a compulsory purchase order made under section forty-three or fifty-one of this Act or a clearance order has become operative, the local authority shall serve a copy thereof on every person on whom a notice was served by them of their intention to submit the order to the Minister for confirmation.
